Community Revitalization Efforts

Local chain Loma Bonita has signed a 10-year lease for the 52,400-square-foot space, aligning with the community’s demographics, as nearly 19% of Richfield’s population is Latino.

These developments reflect Richfield’s commitment to enhancing housing options and community amenities, catering to the evolving needs of its residents.
